"Okay team, I know the MLP plush market is pretty full right now. But I propose we do something new and exciting. Totally different from everyone else out there."
"Now, before I continue, does everyone remember the guy who got covered in toxic waste at the end of Robocop?"
I’ve been so busy I almost forgot to upload the final GalaCon Autograph pic! This time it’s for the German voice of Princess Book, Julia Meynen and in keeping with GalaCon’s theme I went with a Kingdom Hearts homage with a multiverse of purple princess ponies.
Full Disclosure- I’ve never actually played Kingdom Hearts! I’m not a huge fan of either Disney OR Square/JRPGs so there never seemed to be much in it for me. Now that Disney is God Emperor of Marvel and Star Wars maybe I’ll have a reason to check them out!
That’s it for GalaCon images. See you next week in Ludwigsburg!
As your attorney, I should advise you to choose a shirt that SAYS something about you. When people see you wearing it, their mouths should gape in awe and wonder as they exclaim- “There he goes. One of Celestia’s own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”
My friend, this is that shirt.

Happy Saturday, have another autograph card thingy for Babscon 2014. This time it’s for Tara Strong and that’s a huge, kaiju-sized, super-exciting first for me! I’ve had a fangirl-crush on Tara as far back as Batman The Animated Series, so getting to make art for her is already one of the highlights of this convention season!
For this one I wanted to combine two of the best things ever- Princess Book Horse and Nic Cage from The Rock!
Hopefully someone can get Tara to say “Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and study with Princess Celestia!”
My crew on Rockstar Social has a pic of Twilight as their logo. When I made a GTAV online character, she started off with the same pic on her default clothing.
Visiting the first shop, I discovered some of the text just overlays on top of whatever you’re currently wearing.
