Apparently Princess Celestia (and Cheerilee!) herself, Nicole Oliver, was stranded at Las Vegas airport on her way to Unicon yesterday! Oh noes!
It was suggested I make her a comic concerning her alter-ego in a similar predicament. So I did! Because Ms. Oliver is amazing and has always been incredibly nice to me. And also because sleep is for suckers! Staying up all night making comics, however, is for not-suckers. It is known.
Anyhoo, happy happy birthday to you, Ms. Oliver! And to everyone else attending Las Pegasus Unicon, have the best time ever!
UPDATE- Fixed the Tumbleweed blowing in one direction while the windsock indicates another. I made that panel at 4 am, I’m allowed to be stupid at 4am. I’m afraid I don’t have any excuse for the other 23 hours.

EQD Training Grounds 2.1 Pony Idling by *PixelKitties
The Equestria Daily Artist Training Ground is back and I decided to take part again, at least so long as I have a few spare minutes here and there. The ATG is fun, simply because it’s neat challenging myself to the daily themes…or seeing how far into the absurd I can push the daily theme!
Today’s assignment was “Ponies Idling.” I immediately thought of a pony in a car, which in turn reminded me of my husband’s recent idea for Derpy driving the Batmobile. Which led to…plush turtles. Somehow.
